License Terms

1. Overview

This License explains how you may use templates downloaded from typoanim.com. All templates are designed and owned by Typoanim (operated by Aliyar Mikayilov). Templates are licensed, not sold: when you download a template, you receive a license to use it under the terms below. The same usage rights apply to Free and Premium templates.

2. License grant

Typoanim grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable license to use each template you download to create End Products — finished videos or other media in which the template is incorporated and rendered (for example, an exported video file).

• Free templates: licensed to you from the moment of download, free of charge.
• Premium templates: every template downloaded while your Premium subscription is active is licensed to you for life. You may keep using it in new and existing projects even after your subscription ends. To download new Premium templates you need an active subscription.

3. What you can do

• Use templates in personal and commercial projects: YouTube (including monetized channels), social media, websites, online and TV advertising, corporate and promotional videos, films, events, presentations and more.
• Create End Products for your clients and deliver the rendered result to them.
• Use a template in an unlimited number of projects, with no time, view or geographic limits.
• Modify and customize templates — text, colors, fonts, timing, layouts and animation.
• Use templates without attribution (credit is appreciated but never required).

4. What you can’t do

• Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute template files or project files — in original or modified form — on their own or as part of another template, pack, preset or stock item.
• Upload templates to any marketplace, stock website, file-sharing service or public repository.
• Use templates in products where end users can edit or export the template (for example, online video makers, template editors or apps), or offer “template customization” as the product itself.
• Claim the templates as your own design or register them as a trademark, logo or service mark.
• Use templates or their parts to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Use templates in content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic or that infringes the rights of others.
• Share your account or download templates on behalf of people who don’t have their own license.

5. Client work

You may use a template to create an End Product for a client. The client may use the final rendered product, but the template project files remain licensed to you — please don’t hand over the editable template files unless the client has its own license.

6. Fonts, music and stock media

Templates use only free fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts; download links are included in each template’s README file, and fonts are subject to their own licenses. Music, stock images and stock footage shown in previews are for demonstration only and are not included — you are responsible for licensing any media you add to your projects.

7. License certificate

Registered users can download a license certificate for each template from My Downloads in their account. Create a free account and sign in before downloading to receive your certificates. Premium members receive a certificate for every download.

8. Ownership

Typoanim retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the templates. This License does not transfer ownership of any template to you.

9. Termination

If you breach this License, your rights to use the affected templates end automatically, and you must stop using and delete the template files. End Products created and published in compliance with this License before termination may remain in use.
