Refund Policy

1. Our refund promise

We want you to be happy with Typoanim. Free templates are always free, so this policy applies to paid Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly).

2. Eligibility

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase, or within 14 days of an automatic renewal charge.
• The refund applies if no Premium templates have been downloaded from your account during the billing period you are asking to be refunded. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly and remain licensed for lifetime use once downloaded, downloaded Premium content cannot be returned.
• If you experienced a technical problem that we could not resolve (for example, a template that does not work as described), please contact us — we will review your request fairly even if downloads were made.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.

3. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all refunds. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

1. Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request; or
2. Email us at hello@typoanim.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase — we will process the request with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund — if you are eligible, please request one as described above.

Templates downloaded during an active subscription remain licensed for lifetime use under our License Terms, even after cancellation.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Paddle may also process refunds in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.
