1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website typoanim.com and all related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Aliyar Mikayilov, an individual entrepreneur trading under the brand name “Typoanim” (“Typoanim”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at Yeryomenko St., Building 1143, Apt. 0003, Khatai district, Baku, Azerbaijan.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, downloading a template or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our License Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you continue to use the Service after these Terms are updated, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, if higher, to purchase a subscription) to use the Service.

3. Our Service

Typoanim provides digital video templates for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (version 2023 or later), including titles, lower thirds, slideshows, product promos and transitions. All templates are designed and produced in-house by Typoanim. Typoanim is not a marketplace and does not sell products of third-party sellers.

The Service is offered in two plans:

• Free — access to Free templates, free of charge, with up to 3 downloads per visitor within any 24-hour period (the limit resets 24 hours after the last download). No account is required to download Free templates.
• Premium — a paid subscription that gives one user unlimited downloads of all Free and Premium templates for as long as the subscription is active.

Templates are digital products delivered by download. Adobe software is not included and must be licensed separately from Adobe.

4. Accounts

Some features (for example, collections, download history, license certificates and Premium) require an account. You may register with an email address and password or sign in with a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are personal. A Premium subscription may be used by one person only; sharing your account or login details with others is not permitted.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Pricing. Premium is available as a monthly subscription (USD 9 per month) or a yearly subscription (USD 79 per year). Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Current prices are always displayed on our Pricing page.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt email. After cancellation your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

What you keep. Templates downloaded while your subscription was active remain licensed for lifetime use under our License Terms, even after your subscription ends. An active subscription is required only to download new Premium templates.

Fair use. “Unlimited downloads” means unlimited downloads for your own projects by one person. Automated, bulk or scripted downloading, scraping, or downloading on behalf of other people is not permitted and may result in suspension of your account.

6. Payments and Merchant of Record

When you purchase a subscription, your payment, billing information, invoices and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. Typoanim does not receive or store your full payment card details. For billing questions you can contact Paddle via paddle.net or contact us and we will help.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests can be submitted via paddle.net or by contacting us. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

8. License to Use Templates

Templates are licensed, not sold. When you download a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it in your own projects as described in our License Terms. Commercial use is allowed for both Free and Premium templates and no attribution is required. You may not resell, share, redistribute or sublicense the template files themselves.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, animations, project files, graphics, text, logos and other content of the Service are owned by Typoanim or used under license and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license expressly granted in our License Terms, no rights are transferred to you. “Typoanim” and the Typoanim logo are our brand identifiers and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law;
• resell, share, upload, redistribute or make available our template files (original or modified) on any website, marketplace, file-sharing service or other platform;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party;
• circumvent download limits, for example by using multiple accounts, proxies or automated tools;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or use the templates to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
• interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
• share your account or subscription with other people;
• submit false information, initiate fraudulent payments or abusive chargebacks.

11. Third-Party Content

Our templates use only free fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts; download links are provided in each template’s README file and the fonts are subject to their own licenses. Music, stock photos and stock footage shown in previews are for demonstration only and are not included in downloads. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We work hard to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We may modify, add or remove templates, features or plans, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend the Service. We will not remove access to templates you have already downloaded under a valid license.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all templates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for checking that a template meets your needs and works with your software before using it in a project.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Typoanim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or our License Terms, fail to pay amounts due, engage in fraud or abusive chargebacks, or use the Service in a way that could harm Typoanim, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Licenses for templates you downloaded in compliance with these Terms survive termination, unless your access was terminated because you breached the License Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users, for example by email or a notice on the website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that apply to you. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
