Bordered Name Box with Role Strip Lower Third After Effects Template

An outlined box frames the name and a solid white strip carries the role beneath it, a structured caption that reads instantly. It is a good fit for managers, office interviews, consulting videos and educational content. The type is set in Anton, a free Google Font linked in the included font guide.

Double-click the .aet file and After Effects 2023 or later opens a fresh, untitled copy of the project, so the original always stays safe. Type the name and role in the EDIT composition (2 text layers) and restyle everything from the CONTROL PANEL layer with 3 color controls. Render it with alpha or place the composition over your interview footage; the transparent background keeps your shot visible. The animation runs at 60 fps for about 5 seconds in Full HD. The download includes our step-by-step PDF tutorial and a font guide, and no third-party plugins are needed.

Premium members get this template, and the rest of the premium collection, with their plan. Use it commercially in client deliverables, news and corporate videos and monetized channels; attribution is never required. Combine it with other premium lower thirds for After Effects to keep a whole interview series consistent.
