About this template
Circular Laurel Wreath Official Selection Title brings a polished festival laurel title straight from the big screen into After Effects. A full circular laurel wreath draws on around a three-line official selection text, a premium festival badge for trailers and end cards. Use it in end cards, festival teasers or social media promos. It works as an opening title, a trailer text or part of your end credits, with the smooth animation of real film titles.
All three text layers are editable, so you can rewrite the award label, festival name and year. Everything is driven from one CONTROL PANEL layer: global scale and position, text shadow, position and color for each text, plus the color of the thin decorative lines and the position of the laurel. The film section adds letterbox bars with size control, video darken, vignette, fade from black, film grain and a zoom slider for the shot behind the text. Use the built-in two-color gradient background, or switch it off and lay the title over your own video.
Whether you are making movie titles, trailer titles or a full title sequence, this title animation keeps the typography cinematic. Demo video clips from the preview are not part of the download; drop your own shot in place of the DELETE THIS LAYER placeholder. A 7.9-second 4K sequence (3840x2160, 60 fps) keeps every letter crisp on big screens and in HD exports. Only built-in After Effects effects are used, so you need After Effects 2023 or newer and no plugins. The typefaces are Adobe Fonts (included with Creative Cloud) and open-source Google Fonts. The zip comes with an illustrated tutorial and a PDF that lists the typefaces with direct links. Use it next to the matching movie titles, trailer texts and opening credits from the same collection. The Premium plan covers commercial projects, so filmmakers, agencies and freelancers can publish it with confidence.
