Footage Filled Words Cut Out Text Transition After Effects Template

A thin line splits your shot, a white page slides in with cut-out words that show the footage through them, then opens onto the next clip. Cut-out typography reveals the video inside the letters, perfect for travel films, podcasts, YouTube and Instagram. It is a stylish way to connect two clips with a title in the middle, great for YouTube videos, promos, showreels and presentations. Swap the preview clips for your own videos in a few clicks; the text and motion stay the same. The typography uses Protest Strike, a free Google Font linked in the included font guide.

Double-click the .aet file and After Effects 2023 or later opens an untitled copy, so the original stays safe. The text field lives in the EDIT composition, and the CONTROL PANEL layer holds 2 color controls for text, shapes and background. The preview footage is for demonstration only; place your own clip under the title layers. Resolution 1920x1080, 60 frames per second, roughly 5 seconds long. No plugins are needed; the download includes the Typoanim PDF tutorial and a font guide.

This is a Premium template, included in the Typoanim Premium plan with every other premium design.
