About this template

Made for trailers, short films and cinematic intros, Movie Premiere Date Title Animation with Bold Type adds a clean story text title inside Premiere Pro. Heavy condensed date numbers with an "in theaters" line above and a premium format line below announce your premiere in blockbuster style. It fits teasers and movie trailers, and works just as well in YouTube storytelling videos. Whether you are making movie titles, trailer titles or a full title sequence, this title animation keeps the typography cinematic.

The three text fields hold the headline and detail lines, all editable on the timeline. The Edit tab lists 21 settings: global scale and position, text shadow, position and color for each text, plus the color of the thin decorative lines. Letterbox mattes, video darken, vignette and fade from black are all available as simple sliders and checkboxes. A light grain texture is baked in to keep the cinematic look. The background is a two-tone gradient you can recolor or hide completely when the title sits over a clip.

Cinematic titles, trailer texts and opening credits like this give even a short video the feel of a Hollywood release. The film footage in the preview is for demonstration only and is not included; simply place the MOGRT above your own clip. Running time: about 7.8 seconds; resolution: 3840x2160 4K; frame rate: 60 fps. Drag the .mogrt into Premiere Pro 2023+ and start editing; no After Effects license is needed. All typefaces are Adobe Fonts, included with every Creative Cloud subscription. The zip comes with an illustrated tutorial and a PDF that lists the typefaces with direct links. Combine it with the movie titles, opening credits and trailer texts from the same collection for a full title sequence. Filmmakers, editors and agencies can use it commercially with a Typoanim Premium plan.
