Double-click the .aet file and After Effects 2023 or later opens an untitled copy, so the original stays safe. Type your words in the EDIT composition (2 text layers) and recolor the design from the CONTROL PANEL layer with 2 color controls. The preview footage is for demonstration only; place your own clip under the title layers. It runs at 60 fps for about 4 seconds in 1920x1080.
