Translucent Band Fade to White Transition After Effects Template

A translucent white strip appears over the footage with a small title, the whole frame fades softly to white and the next scene appears with a fine line. Gentle and graceful, it suits dance and ballet films, weddings, wellness and fashion videos. It is set in Acumin Pro, available at no extra cost through Adobe Fonts with any Creative Cloud plan.

The .aet template opens as a new project in After Effects 2023 or later; save it under your own name and start editing right away. The 1 text layer is edited in the EDIT composition, while the CONTROL PANEL layer holds 3 color controls and a background on/off switch. Put it on top of the cut between your two shots so the slide hides the edit, or render it with transparency for use in other software. It runs at 60 fps for about 5 seconds in Full HD. No plugins are required; a Typoanim PDF tutorial and a font guide are included in the download.

Premium members get this template, and the rest of the premium collection, with their plan. Use it commercially in client deliverables, brand campaigns and monetized videos; attribution is never required. Combine it with other premium transitions for After Effects to keep a whole series consistent.
